Unintentional injuries are the leading cause of death and disability in children. Every day, kids in our community are at risk for preventable injuries at home, on the road, and at play.
 

Donations to CHOC’s Trauma Outreach Program support a wide range of initiatives that prevent injuries and promote healing after trauma. Your contribution may support:

• Injury prevention education for children, parents, and caregivers
• Safety equipment and resources that help reduce preventable injuries
• Community events, trainings, and partnerships that promote child safety and wellness
• Trauma survivor outreach, including our annual reunion picnic that brings families, care teams, and survivors together
• Program needs and new initiatives that expand trauma services and outreach across Orange County
