It’s CHOC recruitment season—receive a special gift to kick off your fundraising!
Although class is back in session, many kids, teens and young adults are spending their days at CHOC instead of preschool, K through 12 or college—but together, we can help them by signing up your school club and starting your very own CHOC fundraiser!
Make your fundraiser stand out from the crowd by following these helpful tips:
Include a school faculty member—student activity director, assistant principal or ASB director—as a club mentor who can advocate for your club and develop your fundraising ideas. Their help makes your idea go!
Get together and brainstorm with classmates who are part of your existing or potential club.

Mark your calendar
For fundraising events, the when matters as much as the what and how; consider hosting your fundraiser on or near these widely-observed dates:
National Children’s Health Day: October 2, 2023 National Philanthropy Day: November 15, 2023 Giving Tuesday: November 28, 2023
Planning your fundraiser around these or similar dates can boost awareness and support of your efforts, and the cause of children’s health!
We can’t wait to help you on your 2023-24 CHOC fundraising adventures—best of luck on your school year!
