Sgt. Pepperoni's raises funds for CHOC’s Child Life Dept to help keep the magic and spirit of childhood alive, especially for patients and families who are going through serious and lengthy medical journeys.

We are thrilled and honored to partner with Sgt. Pepperoni's Pizza Store to help generate the funds that truly make this campaign remarkable. Each September, Sgt. Pepperoni's Pizza Store conducts a month-long campaign through their four locations to raise funds for CHOC and collect new Lego sets at their stores. With the help of your generosity, together, we can support things like:
 

• Distributing of coping kits to patients in our Cherese Mari Laulhere Mental Health Inpatient Center, featuring comfort items like art supplies, a journal and other tools to reduce stress and process emotions.
• Hosting events for patients and their loved ones, including family nights, art nights and teen-specific nights featuring themes such as wellness and vision boarding.
• Gifting fingerprint necklaces and ceramic handprints to bereaved families to keep loved ones close.
• Hosting Lullaby Lounges, events facilitated by our music therapist for caregivers in the neonatal intensive care unit to come and create individualized lullabies for their children.
• Holding monthly paint parties, giving art kits to patients at each party, and airing the event through Seacrest Studios on occasion

• Comforting CHOC families with our resident dog, Lois, who made 850 patient visits and brought a warm and healing presence to children during their hospital stay.
