Julie Kramer was devoted family member and long time volunteer at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) More than anything, Julie loved volunteering as a NICU Cuddler where her kindness and love was felt with every baby, family and associate she came to know. We are grateful to have experienced Julie's love and laughter at CHOC, and her presence will live on in our hearts.
